Sometimes i wonder why painters bother - God has already done all of the greatest art works.    This photo was taken  from the ferry crossing Moreton Bay, moments after the previous picture in the "everyday beauty" series.

One of the things that constantly amazes me is the depth of beauty we can see in God's creation all around us.  This photo was taken in my back yard after i had thrown the kitchen scraps into the compost heap.  This little guy was disturbed from his meal and came to rest right on my chest, looking straight at me.  It was only by chance that i had brought my camera - or perhaps not.
