Just wanted to give a quick plug for Dynamic Music, the Australian distributor for Zoom products.  My Zoom GFX-5 guitar effects unit broke a patch pedal about 2 months out of warranty.  I was disappointed and asked my local retailer what could be done about it.  They gave me the number, and a quick phone call to Dynamic Music later, my replacement pedal was on the way, free of charge.  Great stuff!
