Copyright, not copytight

The pretentiously-named Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft (AFACT) has lost its copyright infringement case against iiNet, as everyone sensible hoped.  Finding iiNet responsible for copyright infringement of people who use their network to download movies via BitTorrent is like finding Australia Post responsible for fraud when someone sends a fraudulent cheque through their postal service, or finding Telstra guilty of conspirancy to commit murder if two people plan a murder over the telephone.
